I have worked in Recruitment, Business Partnering, Organization Development and Learning &amp; Development. In these roles, I have been a conversational partner to leaders and employees, and I coached them not only on daily work topics but also on strategic as well as personal questions such as defining visions, personal growth and possibilities on how to thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have always considered true reflection and decision making guided by a purpose the most sustainable and ultimately fulfilling way to move forward. After a career break that allowed me to focus on my family, I followed my calling to help others to connect with their authentic self and define their path forward in life. It is my core belief that the energy to live a fulfilled life can be found in our own true self.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a co-active coach, I consider myself a guide in supporting people to discover their core values and find their visions from a place of brilliance.
