How does LCP coaching work?
At first, we clarify your goals, challenges and expectations in a personal conversation. Next, you and your network will complete the Leadership Circle® evaluation: a comprehensive self-assessment, complemented by comments from people in your work environment with whom you work closely (supervisors, employees, co-workers, etc.). We discussed the evaluation together in a 90-minute coaching session. You get a clear and differentiated view of your leadership effectiveness and potential growth fields. We are also working together on a concrete development plan.
In this context, I am also happy to offer you a 4 to 10-month extended coaching program, which is constantly based on your goals. In regular meetings, I accompany them to recognize progress, anchor long-term, and question restrictive patterns. We will always pay attention to how your personal development strengthens your team and positively influences business results.
